I have been in Breckenridge, Colorado since 2005 and absolutely never tire of the mountains and their beauty. It is amazing here and is no wonder that Summit County and Breckenridge are international vacation destinations.

Investor: I am an investor myself. I have owned condos and homes throughout Breckenridge that I have bought, sold, rented, upgraded, done major renovations on, and more. I can relate on a very personal level to those wishing to invest in Summit County as well.

Employing Broker: I own my own real estate company. As such, I get to spend all the time necessary to help my buyers and sellers meet their goals. I don’t have quotas to meet, I don’t have a boss to please, I only have my clients to serve. I have extensive education, certifications, and designations in real estate. I have been involved in land sales, commercial property sales, constructing new homes, helping primary and secondary home owners, helping investors, as well as international buyers. I love new challenges and problem solving to help all of my clients meet their goals.

When will construction be complete?

The expected completion date is end of July to early August 2020.  Weather, unforeseen events, change orders, and other factors may affect the schedule.

May I choose my own finishes?

Potentially.  Please see our page dedicated to the finishes that have been chosen.  Depending on where we are in the construction process, changes may be accommodated.  Please send us your specific questions.

Who is the builder?

Synergy Ventures Inc., with a general contractor that is a third generation builder with over 20 years of experience.  They are very experienced in not only building custom homes, but in building in Breckenridge.

May I visit the home site?

Home tours are encouraged.  However, while under construction it is required that all tours of the home site be accompanied by a project manager to ensure the safety of all.

Is there an HOA?

Yes, the home is in the prestigious Highlands at Breckenridge neighborhood.  The homeowner’s association ensures that a beautiful neighborhood is maintained.  Membership to the Jack Nicklaus golf course community is also an option.

Is there are warranty?

Yes, there is a limited builder’s warranty this is part of the purchase of the home.  Other items, such as the roof, have a separate warranty for a number of years.
